Our Services

Harris Collision Reconstruction brings more than two decades of military police and civilian law-enforcement experience to collision and impaired-driving cases. Founded by Ken Harris, a collision reconstructionist, Drug Recognition Expert, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing instructor, and Intoximeter instructor, the practice is built for attorneys, insurers, and anyone who needs a clear account of what the evidence actually shows. Ken spent years in traffic investigating complex collisions and later applied that same work to reconstruction, video analysis, and courtroom testimony in DUI, DUI homicide, and traffic-related criminal cases.

His work covers the full collision file. That includes reconstruction of vehicle movement, time-distance and speed analysis from video, scene measurement, three-dimensional laser scanning, Event Data Recorder downloads, and vehicle inspections. It also includes DUI defense support: review of the stop, the SFST battery, the DRE evaluation, and breath-test procedure, using instructor-level training rather than a checklist read after the fact. When a case has both a crash and an impairment allegation, those analyses are done together.
